How do I initiate a return?

We will only accept returns within 10 days of purchase. Everything must be new and unused, in the original box accompanied by the packing slip. Please note: the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. A $10 return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund, which is issued to the original form of payment. Absolutely! beachsafe® is protected under our 30-day, money-back, limited warranty for manufacturer defects. If you received a defective product, please click here for a return mailing label.
